WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PROVIDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?


Please contact us before 9 am EST if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your items has been dispatched.

Should your parcel be returned to sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee.


However, if your order is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We ship in the U.S. and internationally!  Please see our Shipping Policy page for more information.

IS THERE A POWER BANK INCLUDED WITH EVERY BACKPACK/BAG?

No, all power banks batteries are sold separately.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments by Paypal - Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Customer pays return shipping. Must be in brand new condition.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON BAGS/BACKPACKS?

At this time we do not carry any warranties on our products.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Our goal is to process orders as fast as we can so you can receive your order as soon as possible. Be sure to review and amend your order before you click “complete order."

You can request to cancel Monday - Friday before 9 am EST the day after your order. Please email us at info@npacks.com and include your Order Number.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

We are very sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us an email at info@npacks.com.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately with photos or a short video (within seven days of receiving your item). If seven days have gone by since receiving your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
